Carols by Twilight

Carol’s By Twilight

Christmas Eve is a special day in the City of Casey. Each year thousands of families gather together at Max Pawsey Reserve for Carols by Twilight. Amid the joyful music, rides and food is a festive atmosphere. On this day, the strength of our “community” is visible for all to see and experience.

Casey City Church considers itself blessed to run this landmark event for our community. Working with volunteers from other churches and community organisations we joyfully sacrifice our time, skills and energy to share the love of God with the City of Casey, on Christmas Eve.

As Bunjil Place (the new civic/entertainment complex) nears completion, Carols by Twilight is going to be bigger and better than ever. Watch this space for future announcements as plans are finalised.

If you are interested in volunteering, vending or finding out more about Carols by Twilight, please contact our office during business hours on (03) 8790 2917 or email us at info@caseycc.org.au .

The City of Casey carols have been going for over 40 years. It started on the back of a tray truck on Webb Street to the magnificent event it is today. Many various Church organisations have donated their time and efforts to help those in their community to celebrate the birth of Christ. It is at this time we should all acknowledge the efforts of all those committed folk including Larry Sebastian to this day for bringing the reason for the season to the community of Casey for which we are forever grateful. Merry Christmas to all the selfless folk of City Church Narre Warren and the entire Casey community. Thank you for your efforts we all appreciate it.

Well done Casey City Church, keeping a Christian public Carols service going, after Berwick Church of Christ started and ran it. This was my 41st Carols By Twilight, yes been to everyone of them.
